Scope comes first
Submission is a request for review, not acceptance or a delivery commitment. We confirm documents, deliverables, exclusions, capacity and price before paid work begins. $300 standard and $500 rush apply only to accepted bounded scope. Recurring work requires an agreed workload.
Free first sheet
New clients may request one fire alarm sheet free without a card. The sheet boundary and availability are confirmed first. Other trades and larger sets need a separate quote.
Your documents and review
Provide current drawings, legends, specifications and addenda you have authority to share. Estimates depend on those inputs. The contracting team remains responsible for final bid review, site verification, supplier pricing and installation decisions. Redline does not provide stamped engineering, monitoring, testing or compliance certification.
Payment and changes
Only pay against accepted scope. Payment is confirmed through processor records, not screenshots or a return page. Ask about cancellation, revisions or a disputed deliverable before proceeding; any project-specific cancellation/refund terms must be supplied with the quote and accepted before payment. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Coordination
Property document support is administrative. Licensed providers contract directly for regulated work. No contractor introduction fee, exclusivity or commission applies unless separately disclosed and agreed.
