What we collect
Project requests may include your contact details, company, deadline, notes and files you choose to submit. Account services, when enabled, store login identity and project records. Payment details are entered with Stripe; Redline does not store card numbers.
How we use it
We use submissions to review scope, prepare quotes, perform agreed work and communicate about your project. We do not publish customer drawings to the public project board. Contractor introductions require your permission to share relevant details.
Service providers and access
The website uses Vercel hosting. Configured portal services use Supabase for authentication and private storage, Stripe for payment processing and the Redline business inbox for correspondence. Authorized operations staff may access project records to perform the service.
Retention and requests
We retain records while needed for agreed work, business records and applicable obligations. Email redliningestimates@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion; we will explain any records that must be retained. Do not upload unrelated personal information or files you lack permission to share.
Public resources
External links and their privacy practices belong to their respective operators. This site currently has no advertising trackers. Authentication uses browser storage when you sign in; signing out clears the active session.
